Stress means your body thinks something matters. Chronic stress burns you out, but short bursts are the exact thing that build resilience.

3. Motivation is backwards.

You don’t act because you feel motivated. You feel motivated because you acted. Action first, feeling second.

4. Your comfort zone lies to you.

It tells you you’re safe, but really it’s keeping you stuck. Growth always feels uncomfortable … that’s the point.

5. Identity is practice, not personality.

You’re not “bad at boundaries” or “just an anxious person.” You’re a set of repeated patterns. Change the pattern, and you change the person.
